Venezuelan plastic artist, carried out the Siomara Ochoa Plastic Arts Workshop in 2004; In 1983 he participated as a Jury, Painting Contest, “Aquiles Nazoa” Library, Municipal Educational Unit, “Fermín Toro”, Barrio Unión, Petare; In 2004 he was the Main Jury at the Festival of Voice and Student Declamation of the Municipal educational unit “Andrés Eloy Blanco”, Guaicoco, Petare; In 2005 he was the Main Jury at the Student Voice and Declamation Festival of the municipal educational unit “Andrés Eloy Blanco”, Guaicoco, Petare; In 2006 he was the main jury at the Student Voice and Declamation Festival of the municipal educational unit “Andrés Eloy Blanco”, Guaicoco, Petare.
