Luisa Elena Páez Padrón, was born in Maracaibo, Zulia State, and later raised in Caracas, Venezuela; Universal Venezuelan artist who has participated in numerous national and international group exhibitions, among them we highlight the following: 1992 - ECOLE MUNICIPAL DE BEATUX ARTS VILLEJUIF, Paris, France; 1994 – CONVERGENTE QUATRE, Gallerie L´Endroite, Paris, France; 2000 – Art Gallery, Barcelona, Spain; Paris Catholic Institute, Paris, France; 2002 – International Art Gallery, Miami, Florida, USA; 2005 – PDVSA Hall, La Campiña headquarters, Caracas, Venezuela; THE MAGIC OF ART, Simón Bolívar University, Caracas, Venezuela; 2009 – Express yourself, Caracas, Venezuela.
